Our building process

From first call to keys.

Estimate

If you have plans and are ready to go, we can help with a detailed 7-day feasibility. If you're still at the preliminary stage, we'll do our best to give you a guide.

Design

If you already have plans, great. If not, get in contact and we can refer you to our lovely team of designers to get the ball rolling.

Contract

We offer fixed-price or cost-plus contracts, depending on what suits your project best. All contracts use official Master Builders Victoria templates, giving you clarity and peace of mind from day one.

Site start

Once everything is signed off and permits are issued, you become part of the team. You'll get access to our client portal to follow your job schedule and progress, with chat and photo updates along the way.

Construction

Our team takes care of everything from here, delivering a smooth build and a quality finish. Build clean, build lean, build to last.

Handover

We walk you through your finished home to make sure everything is exactly as you dreamed it, only now it's real. Then we hand over the keys.

Aftercare

We don't just say goodbye. Our 3-month maintenance check makes sure your home or space is performing exactly as it should.

A detailed price breakdown in 7 days.

If you have plans, engineering and an energy rating, we can prepare a detailed feasibility with a full price breakdown within 7 days.

There's a small fee for the feasibility, which is deducted from your deposit when you sign up to build with us.

How much does the feasibility cost?

The feasibility is $750 including GST. When you sign up to build with us, the full $750 is deducted from your deposit, so it costs you nothing extra if you go ahead.

Every stage of your build is quality checked and signed off by our lead supervisors. We're committed to exceptional craftsmanship, carefully selected materials and homes built to the highest standards.

All building work is carried out in accordance with applicable Victorian building legislation, the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards.
